The Business Development Assistant will work with the President of Business Development in growing and diversifying the company. They are responsible for assisting in leading diversification and acquisition initiatives. The Business Development Assistant will work with the President of Business Development to provide the needed analysis for the evaluation of new business opportunities. They will locate, develop, define, and recommend and help to close these new business opportunities. This may include, but is not limited to such things as: license agreements, collaborative partnerships, product additions, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.

Janitor (Part-time)
The Janitor is responsible for keeping the buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalks. This is a part-time position and the hours are set at 5:00am – 11:00am.
As Product Manager for the Press Brake and Stamping product lines, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing market, customer, and competitor data so that Wilson Tool can maintain an accurate reading of the industries we serve. You will lead a cross-functional team who will serve as the eyes and ears of Wilson Tool in the market place to ensure that customer and industry needs are built in to new and existing product lines.
This position will perform support functions for production and machining. These functions include, but are not limited to: assembly, basic machine operation, laser marking, warehouse work, inventory control and general shop support. This is a part-time position and the hours are set at 6:00 am - 12:00 pm / Monday - Friday.

Wilson Tool Announces Acquisition of Italian Tool Manufacturer
Wilson Tool International announced that it has acquired Toolspress (TP Tooling srl), a manufacturer of premium press brake tooling for the sheet metal fabrication industry in Italy.
“Toolspress has a highly skilled workforce and more than 25 years of experience manufacturing quality press brake tools,” said Colin Blackwell, Wilson Tool’s managing director of European operations. “Under the continued leadership of Maurizio Zinetti, the company will remain a major supplier of tools to press brake machine manufacturers and their distributers around the globe."
