Modular Design Makes Installation a Snap
Designed with the operator in mind, the PowerExpress system is available in twofoot modular sections. This modular design enables quick and easy installation and accommodates any length tooling. Unlike other clamping systems, which require several operators to move and install the beams in a matter of hours, a single experienced operator can install the PowerExpress clamping system in less than an hour.
Advanced Hydraulics Provide Long-Term Reliability
With an advanced hydraulic system designed specifically to provide long-term problem-free operation, the PowerExpress system is far less susceptible to failure than systems utilizing hydraulic bladders. Should an
unlikely problem occur, unlike its bladder counterparts, the PowerExpress system’s modular design enables it to continue operating after the damaged section is removed for maintenance, significantly reducing downtime.
Increased Bending Capabilities
Since the PowerExpress clamping system is more streamlined, more clearance area is created for
bending. 30 degree bends — in both front and back of the beam — are no problem.
Nitrex® Surface Enhancement increases Clamp Life
Every PowerExpress clamping system is treated with Wilson Tool’s exclusive Nitrex high endurance surface enhancement. Wilson’s patented process provides a surface hardness of HRC-70, increasing long-term durability and minimizing galling. In even the toughest bending situations, Nitrex will extend the life of your PowerExpress system by several times that of untreated beams.
