Dental Insurance
- Company Paid Premium
- Large network including approximately 97% of local providers
- Annual Deductible, $25 per individual, $75 per family
- Pays 80% of Diagnostic, Preventative, Basic, Endodontic and Periodontic services
- Covers many other services
Retirement Plan
Designed to provide protection to employees and their families at retirement
Eligible after working 1000 hours during a 12-month period
Vesting is at 20% each year until employees are 100% vested after 5 years
Company contribution is discretionary and determined by the board of directors

- $25,000 Life Insurance Company Paid, with matching accidental death & dismemburment benefits
