SpringMax die springs are engineered with a simple design. Rectangular sections with rounded corners take advantage of available space between coils, allowing more wire per spring. Significantly reducing stress and increasing spring life by several times that of other die springs. The coils are stress relieved and then compressed to solid for enhanced strength. High speed coiling on state-of-the-art coiling machines guarantees consistency in quality and design.

To ensure the highest quality product only the highest quality raw materials are used to manufacture SpringMax die springs. Pre-tempered chrome vanadium wire improves dimensional accuracy and reduces the risk of failure from high stress cracking. Each spring is coated with color coded vinyl for corrosion resistance.
