WHITE BEAR LAKE, MINN. – Wilson Tool International (www.wilsontool.com), the largest independent manufacturer of tooling systems for punch presses, press brakes, and punch and die components for the stamping industry, offers Opti-Bend® tooling for punch press operations.

Opti-Bend® tooling gives sheet metal fabricators the ability to create bends up to 90 degrees on the punch press, which helps eliminate the need for secondary operations at the press brake, saving time and costs. The Opti-Bend® tooling includes a rotating cam in the die that rotates and bends the material during the punching stroke, which simulates the cycling of a press brake with little or no sheet marking on soft or high-polished materials.

Opti-Bend® tooling is available for use in the following types of punch press machines.
