Under the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act

Wilson Tool believes in being a good corporate citizen. Our company was founded on principles of integrity, putting people first, and adherence to laws and ethical standards. We do not believe in human trafficking or forced labor.

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 requires Wilson Tool Enterprises, Inc. (“Wilson Tool”) to disclose the following information regarding its efforts to monitor human trafficking and the use of slave labor in its supply chains.


Accountability – Under our company policy, Wilson Tool maintains internal accountability standards that hold employees or contractors responsible and accountable should they fail to comply with laws regarding slavery and trafficking.


Verification, Audits and Certification – At the current time, Wilson Tool does not maintain a system for the verification of product supply chains, conduct audits or require certification from suppliers regarding their compliance with laws of human trafficking and slavery. However, as we regularly review our policies and practices and are committed to a culture of continuous improvement, such measures may be implemented at any time.


Training – Wilson Tool does not currently provide training regarding slavery and human trafficking to company employees.

Wilson Tool makes an effort to partner with suppliers that we believe share our code of ethics and integrity in business and ethical practices. We have every level of confidence that the materials we purchase are produced by individuals who are well-treated and compensated fairly in accordance with all applicable governmental laws.
