How much springback will you get?

Every bend involves springback, and radius bends are the most difficult to predict. The material type and thickness combined with the desired dimensions and tolerance will help determine how much springback you’ll have. We will help you plan for and manage this inevitable issue.

Do you need a spotless finish?

If you’re bending an external part on a finished product, there’s no leeway for material marking. Precision grinding, surface enhancements, tool design and material options will help you get the finish you require.

Will a standard tool do the job?

To see if a standard tool may work for you, we use R + MT x 2.2 = V to determine the V opening and the air bend force chart to figure out the tonnage. It’s nice to know you don’t have to buy a special tool if a standard will work for your application.
