Wilson Wheel® Rolling Forge

The Rolling Forge creates strong, high, buckle-free embosses and offsets in the punch press at any programmable location on the sheet. By rolling horizontally along the sheet, the Rolling Forge creates a stretch in the metal that molds it into an emboss. By moving in the direction of the sheet instead of punching into the sheet, the Rolling Forge virtually eliminates all buckling and distortion normally found with emboss forming. The tool is able to create embosses of height and diameter vastly larger than traditional emboss tools.
