Loading planer machined tooling into the press brake can be heavy work. With a replaceable radius tip insert punch, tool weight is split between body and tip insert. Once you load the universal punch body, just slide in the lightweight radius tip insert. Need a different radius? Just change the tip insert again. Lighten your load, save on labor and tooling.

IT’S AS SIMPLE AS 1 & 2

Tool changes are simple. Slide out the old tip insert and replace with the new. No adjustment required.
