Urethane Molds

Additively manufactured molds will produce real parts and sustain hundreds, possibly thousands of uses – enough to get you through the prototyping phase or low run production jobs.

Using an injection mold, we’ve created a lacrosse stick-end cap that features a detailed team logo. With this method, we were able to make the necessary adjustments to the mold until the desired part was produced. Once we have a prototype, we can move into the production phase with a traditional steel mold or using the additively manufactured mold, depending on the application.

Additively Manufactured Solutions

Solv3D® is Wilson Tool’s additively manufactured solutions for fabricators and manufactures. 3D printed support parts can replace end-use parts that have traditionally been manufactured out of steel or plastic. Each solution is designed by an engineer who determines the best design, style of printing and material to ensure the quality of the tool meets customers’ expectations.
