We are all in a challenging time with the COVID pandemic. During these uncharted times, I want you to know that Wilson Tool International remains committed to supporting your business. I don’t say this lightly. We truly have a workforce that is motivated in providing your product, on time.

During recent months, the trend with the COVID cases has been increasing nationwide. In being proactive, we are taking measures with our workforce to increase our safety protocols at work while also emphasizing the precautions our employees can take while at home. The following are a few highlights we’d like to make you aware of.

Maintaining Manufacturing On-Times
Wilson Tool takes pride in on-time deliveries to our nation’s essential industries during this pandemic. At the core of this commitment lies the priority to keep our employees safe. While some of our employees have taken time off work to quarantine themselves or care for a loved one due to a COVID situation, we are doing our very best to maintain our industry leading on-times. Although challenging at times, I feel we have balanced the needs of all involved. Please work with your area Wilson Tool sales engineer if we aren’t doing enough.

Plan for Shipping Delays
Many of the major carriers (UPS, FedEx) have informed us that there will be longer shipping transportation times due to record volume of packages during the holiday season as well as delays related to COVID. Please plan ahead to offset any potential shipping delays. Log into Wilson Tool’s new online tool My Account to access your tracking information.
