Instructions for Use:
- Click the "VIEW NOW" button.
- Save the PDF file to your computer.
- Open the saved PDF, enter your data and save again.
- Click the paper clip to create an email with your PDF attached to it.
Note: You can enter information in the "VIEW NOW" mode, but you must first save the PDF to your computer in order to save your information.
