MAINTENANCE AND ASSEMBLY INFORMATION

Ensure that the tool’s radius surfaces are lubricated with light viscous oil such as Molykote BR2 Plus. It is important that the tools be kept clean through regular maintenance. Please watch the video below for instructions on how to disassemble and assemble the V-Series Black (VSB) die. This process is necessary in order to replace inserts or springs and to properly clean your die.

A SOLUTION FOR SHORT FLANGES AND DIE MARKS
V-Series Black Dies make it much easier to produce small flanges, small bend radii, and bends closer to holes.
